The Eastside Estates is the private client advisory practice of Jeff Reynolds, a real estate broker licensed in Washington State (License #98419) and affiliated with Compass (Office License #24503). Discretion is the foundation of this practice, and that extends to how this site handles your information. This page describes, in plain language, what is collected and how it is used.
Information you submit. If you request a consultation, the form asks for your name, email, phone, and a description of your situation. Submissions are delivered by Formspree, the form processing service, to Jeff's email. If you subscribe to Private Market Notes, your email address is stored with Kit, the email service that sends the newsletter.
Usage information. This site uses Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors find and use its pages. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device type. This data does not identify you by name.
Embedded services. Community pages display market statistics through widgets served by NWMLS ShowingTime, and the consultation page links to Calendly for direct scheduling. Those services operate under their own privacy policies when you interact with them.
Information you submit is used to respond to your inquiry and to conduct the advisory conversation you requested. Newsletter addresses are used solely to send Private Market Notes, no more than four emails a year, each with an unsubscribe link. Analytics data is used to improve the site.
We do not sell your information. We do not share client data with third parties beyond the service providers named above, except as required by law. Your identity and objectives as a client or prospective client are treated as confidential.
The only cookies set by this site are those of Google Analytics. You can decline or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.
Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately. If you would like the information you have submitted to be corrected or deleted, contact jeff.reynolds@compass.com or call 206.794.1118 and it will be handled promptly.
